QSR is the source of news, information, and business intelligence for limited-service restaurants, which includes quick service, fast casual, coffee and snacks, and related segments of the foodservice industry. Because drive thru is such an important part of this industry—accounting for about 60 percent of sales—we have always placed a high priority on working with a data partner to gain a deeper understanding of which brands are performing well (or not so well) in the drive thru, and what lessons the industry can learn from their performance. Analyzing data from thousands of mystery shops to make sense of the trends, and presenting it in a fashion that is both pleasing and digestible for our audience, demonstrates QSR’s dedication to improving the industry it serves.
