Entry Essay:
Security Management is a business publication designed to inform corporate security professionals about the emerging threats, global trends, and crucial skills they need to keep people, places, and assets safe and enable businesses to succeed.
Since going digital-first in 2023, Security Management has expanded our coverage of major news events with in-depth analysis as well as providing packages of content multiple times a month about different topics. These packages enable the SM team to explore large topics in more depth and with more varied contributions from security industry experts, researchers, and practitioners. We honed our multimedia options to embed in feature stories, including podcasts and short "fast facts" video snippets, so that our audience can absorb and share information in multiple formats.
There was no shortage of security incidents to report on this year, from cyberattacks to assassinations to heists and geopolitical conflict. The package-based approach enabled us to cover more ground and provide actionable information that our readers can use to keep their people safe and their businesses moving forward.
