Architect's Opinion podcast series features frank, one-on-one conversations with leading and emerging female designers who are working tirelessly to make the profession—and architecture itself—more equitable, inclusive, and diverse. Each 20- to 25-minute episode aims to broaden the perspective of listeners by sharing the challenges that the accomplished guest has faced or overcome, and offers actionable ideas for addressing inequities that listeners may witness or experience personally. Guests thus far have included the first Native American woman to become a licensed architect (featured here), the first female president and CEO of a Boston-based firm that was founded in 1874, a millennial Latina architect who stands up for communities where and when new development tries to push out, and more.
