It is cited by news organizations including Bloomberg, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, The New York Times, CNBC, TechCrunch, Wired, Forbes and Fortune. By July 17, 2018, freightwaves.com had become the No. 1 logistics news site in the world, according to Alexa: It was No. 1 in page views, unique visitors, estimated total visits and social media engagements. Today, FreightWaves publishes content that drives 3 million page views and attracts 1 million unique visitors each month. FreightWaves has also built out a FreightWaves TV, which counts 450,000 unique viewers per month.

In November, FreightWaves hosted its annual F3: Future of Freight Festival, a three-day in-person event that gathered some of the greatest thought leaders in the world and within the freight industry to share insights about factors influencing the market, predict future trends and showcase emerging technology.
