The Top 500 is the biggest project Restaurant Business produces every year. It is our annual analysis of data on the 500 largest restaurant chains published by our sister company, Technomic. It is the most closely watched look at the largest restaurant chains and their performance over the previous year.

The Top 500 package features extensive use of data and analysis, opinion, profiles and in-depth features. We produce multiple podcasts and videos and support the project through our various social media channels. Stories run over the course of 10 weeks leading up to the publication of the main page.
