Entry Essay: 
Designer’s Dish! Is a yearly feature that talks about trends with five different designers, showcasing some of the biggest trends in the restaurant design. Each page showcased a photo from their project, a headshot and a quote. Colorful, abstract graphics are used throughout the layout to tie the pages together and make a subtle nod to a plate or dish. And an easy-to-read sans-serif font makes it easy for the reader to digest while bringing a modern feel to the layout.
