Entry Essay:
Published by the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED), “tED” magazine is the primary source of information for the electrical distribution channel across North America. “tED” covers what electrical distributors need to know to better perform their day-to-day functions. Suppliers also read “tED” to learn how to better go to market through distribution.
This Cover story explains that AI may be able to streamline tasks and do some of the heavy lifting for electrical distributors, it won’t replace the emotional intelligence, leadership, and human connection that drive real business outcomes.
To illustrate the subject matter, a stock image is used to convey how human skills along with the technical knowledge of AI will need to work together to solve the problems the industry will face.
