Entry Essay: 
In 2025, we redesigned our Counselor Promogram newsletter, our flagship newsletter delivered three times a week and trusted by industry readers for multiple decades. Digital Art Director Hillary Glen led the transformation with an emphasis on bold design, prominent photography and clean typography to energize what had previously been (I’m sorry to admit) a nondescript-looking newsletter. The impact was immediate: the refreshed design drove a more than 10 percentage points increase in unique opens.
