Founded in 2009, the Legal Rebels franchise honors and recognizes those outside-the-box thinkers who have come up with new and more efficient ways to deliver legal services to the public. In 2020, we took a novel approach, honoring teams of lawyers, legal professionals, technologists and others who have worked together to help bring about change within the legal industry. Examples include a team from California looking to implement significant regulatory changes within the legal industry they believe are necessary to increase access to justice and a team of legal hackers encouraging grass roots solutions to pressing legal problems.
