Cannabis Dispensary (launched in November 2017) is dedicated cover-to-cover to cannabis dispensaries in North America. Each bi-monthly issue covers the essentials of operating a cannabis dispensary, from in-depth profiles, news and legislation to marketing and sales strategies, business and financial advice, purchasing guidance and much more. Cannabis Dispensary reaches more than 10,000 qualified decision-makers in print, and serves readers with a twice-a-week enewsletter and a dedicated website optimized for mobile users.

Please describe the enterprising work that went into this entry and its significance or impact on readers:

This is Cannabis Dispensary's first full year as a publication, so my goal as art director has been to continue tightening our brand and styles and work out any kinks throughout the year. The Sept/Oct and Nov/Dec issues have been the most cohesive issues we've put out so far (design-wise), and our Nov/Dec issue, which focused on tips for the reader, was a good exercise in continuity throughout various pieces of a magazine. The biggest update between these two issues was changing the "About" sidebars for dispensaries to make them less bulky and easier to fit in to an article.
